IELTS Listening Module Overview
The IELTS Listening test is designed to assess your ability to understand spoken English in a variety of contexts, ranging from everyday social interactions to academic lectures. The test is the same for both Academic and General Training candidates.
Test Structure
The Listening test consists of four sections, each increasing in difficulty. You will listen to four recordings and answer 40 questions in total.

Key Skills Tested
To succeed in the Listening module, you must develop several core competencies:

- Understanding Opinions: Recognizing the speaker's attitude or purpose.
- Following an Argument: Keeping track of complex ideas in academic discussions.
